These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChatGPT Pro Tools browser extension and the website at gptprotools.com (collectively, the "Service"). By installing the extension, creating a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ChatGPT Pro Tools is a browser extension that adds productivity features to chatgpt.com, including a Chat Manager, AI tagging, exports, prompt management, and other helpers. The extension runs locally in your browser and does not transmit your conversations to our servers.
ChatGPT Pro Tools is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, or any of the third-party services it interacts with.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions (including but not limited to those administered by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United Nations), or if you are on any sanctions or denied-persons list.
The free tier does not require an account. To activate the Pro tier, you receive a license key after purchase. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. License keys are intended for personal use by a single user and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. We reserve the right to revoke a license key that we reasonably believe is being misused or shared.
Pro tier purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, payment methods, currency conversion, tax collection and remittance, and refund processing. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout) at the then-current price, until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Paddle customer portal — the link is included in every receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds are issued except as described in our Refund Policy.
Prices, plans, and features may change. Any change to a recurring price will be communicated in advance and will only take effect on a subsequent renewal.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro purchases. Refund eligibility, the request process, and processing times are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension and any Pro features you have activated, solely for your personal or internal business use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The extension, the website, and all related code, designs, logos, and content (other than your own data) are owned by the operator of the Service and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data — chats, prompts, tags, settings — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any user content you create or import.
The Service interacts with third-party platforms (including chatgpt.com, the Chrome Web Store, Chrome's built-in AI APIs, and Paddle). Those platforms are operated by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms and policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions taken by them. If a third-party platform changes its behavior in a way that affects the Service, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to adapt, but we make no guarantee of continued compatibility.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or compatible with any specific configuration of ChatGPT, your browser, or your operating system.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the operator of the Service be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50 — whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold the operator of the Service harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and, for Pro users, cancelling your subscription through the Paddle customer portal. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including revoking a Pro license, if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted under Section 7 ends and you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Ukraine. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page, and the "Latest update" date above will reflect the change. Material changes to paid features or billing terms will be communicated to active subscribers in advance through the email address on file with Paddle. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
