Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with ChatGPT Pro Tools Pro within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to your first purchase of a Pro subscription (monthly or yearly) and to any future one-time Pro purchases we may offer.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date;
  • The request must come from the same customer (email address on file with Paddle) that made the purchase;
  • The purchase must not have been previously refunded, charged back, or otherwise disputed.

The 14-day window applies to your initial purchase only. Subscription renewals are not separately covered by the 14-day guarantee — to avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date (see Section 5 below).

3. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in either of two ways:

  • Self-service through Paddle: use the customer portal link included in your order receipt email. Paddle's portal lets you request a refund directly and is the fastest route.
  • Contact us: reach out through the contact form on our website and include your order ID or Paddle transaction ID. We'll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and credited back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. We don't see or hold your payment details — all refund processing is handled directly by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.

5. Subscription Cancellations

Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made. You can cancel at any time through the Paddle customer portal.

If you want both a cancellation and a refund, do both: cancel through the portal to stop future renewals, and request a refund within the 14-day window for the most recent eligible charge.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase;
  • Subscription renewals (cancel before the renewal date to avoid the charge);
  • Accounts terminated for material violation of our Terms of Service;
  • Chargebacks initiated with your bank without first contacting us or Paddle — in those cases the chargeback process supersedes this policy.

7. Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence (for example, the right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). Nothing in this policy limits or waives those statutory rights.
