Pro also lifts every free limit (unlimited notes, saved messages, highlights, prompts, and batch select), adds selective message export, drops the attribution footer from exports, includes Cloud Sync across your devices, and can trade our orange for neutral colors that blend into ChatGPT. Cloud AI is unlimited for normal use; a monthly fair-use limit, set far above it, only stops abuse such as a leaked license key.

The Chat Workspace and every tool — search, date and tag filters, batch select, pin, all export formats (including batch and project export), the Prompt Manager, AI Tags, the AI Prompt Optimizer, and chat summaries. Every AI button starts in the cloud with one free run a month: one Generate, one Apply, one Optimize and one Summarize. On Chrome you can also run tagging and the optimizer on your device for free, with no limit and with new chats tagged automatically — turn on On-device AI in Settings → AI (a one-time model download).
