Why ChatGPT's Sidebar Isn't Enough

How to Use It

Step 1: Install ChatGPT Pro Tools

Get it from the Chrome Web Store or Firefox Add-ons. It activates automatically on chatgpt.com.

Step 2: Turn on Batch Select

Enable Batch Select in the sidebar to reveal checkboxes on every chat, or open the Chat Manager and multi-select there while you search and filter.

Step 3: Select chats and pick an action

Tick the conversations you want, then choose delete, archive, move, pin, or export. The action runs on the whole selection at once.

The optional Pro tier ($4.99/mo) removes the cap, so you can select and act on as many chats as you like in one pass.
